Frequently asked questions

Quotations, delivery, customs and payment

Answers to the questions our clients in Benin, Togo, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Cameroon, Gabon, Congo, Ghana and Nigeria ask most often.

How do I get a price? Prices are not displayed.
Every piece is quoted individually, because the final price depends on size, finishes, quantity and delivery country. Fill in the quotation form or message us on WhatsApp: you get a priced answer within 24 hours.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to Benin, Togo, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Cameroon, Gabon, Congo, Ghana and Nigeria. Other destinations are possible on request.
What are the delivery lead times?
Usually 4 to 8 weeks depending on the piece, the shipping mode (sea or air) and the country. Exact lead times appear on your quotation before you order.
Are freight and customs included?
Yes. Our quotations include international freight, customs formalities and delivery to your address, so there are no surprises on arrival.
How does payment work?
A deposit is paid at order, the balance before shipping. We accept bank transfers and the mobile payment methods common in the region. No payment is taken on the website.
Can I order a piece that is not on the site?
Yes. Send us a photo of the piece through the contact form: we source it from our workshops and send you a quotation within 24 hours.
Do you work with hotels, restaurants and developers?
Yes. We furnish hotels, restaurants, offices and property programmes, with matching series, volume pricing and phased delivery schedules.
Do you offer decoration guidance?
Yes. From your photos and floor plans, an advisor builds a complete scheme: furniture, lighting, rugs and coordinated accessories.
